Elotes La Tejanita combines freshly grilled sweet corn with local and scratch-made ingredients to bring our community elotes enteros and esquites. We offer our traditional style Mexican elote, a plant-based/vegan prepared corn and seasonal specials featuring culturally diverse recipes and ingredients from other local vendors.

We make our mayonnaise, vegan mayo and vegan cheese weekly. We love every ingredient that goes into our elotes and care greatly about sourcing locally and supporting our farmers. 

We’re here for smiles covered in corn and queso and chile, mordidas generously granted to friends and family and the representation of this delicious food shared among many cultures.
