You are the line cook- once the grill master hands you the cooked corn cups/cobs, you are in charge of assembling the elotes to order. You know the specials and how to prepare them by heart.
Work Schedule: every Sunday, from 9:45am to 2:15pm
Start Date: ASAP, mid March/ early April
Pay: $15/hr + tip share

Responsibilities:
- Prepare elotes cups (esquites) and elotes on the cob, to order
- Remember various elote specials, their ingredients and preparation by heart
- Keep track of orders with minimal error
- Must be able to keep track of multiple orders by memory
- Moves efficiently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Can handle stressful situations with ease and positivity
- Good communicator- asks questions, asks for help, updates Chef and FOH on ingredient availability, etc.
- Experience working with food/ as a line cook preferred, but not required
- Comfortable wearing mouth and nose covering mask throughout entire shift (masks are required)
- Comfortable working outdoors (we work hot, cold or rainy- under a tent)
